Mentorships and Digital Materials

The one-to-one mentorships offered through this website are personal educational services provided by Héctor Morón Solís.

All written materials, module documents, visual examples, feedback notes, and any other resources shared during the mentorship are provided for the artist’s personal educational use only. They may not be copied, redistributed, shared with third parties, resold, republished, taught from, or otherwise exploited without prior written permission from the Author.

Access to mentorship materials may be provided through Google Drive or other digital means. Such access is granted for the duration of the mentorship and for a limited period afterwards, at the Author’s discretion. After that period, shared access to the materials may be removed. The artist may keep their own notes, written responses, and personal feedback, but this does not transfer any ownership or licence over the mentorship materials themselves.

Mentorship materials are not sold as standalone downloadable products unless explicitly stated otherwise. Access to them forms part of the mentorship service only.

Because mentorship places are limited and preparation time is required, payments for mentorships are generally non-refundable once the mentorship has been booked and paid, except where otherwise agreed in writing or where required by applicable law.

The Author reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to the structure, pacing, or delivery of the mentorship in order to respond to the artist’s needs while preserving the overall integrity of the program.

If a participant is unable to continue the mentorship for personal reasons, any possible rescheduling, pause, or partial continuation will be considered on a case-by-case basis, but is not guaranteed.

By purchasing a mentorship, the artist acknowledges and accepts these conditions.
